0165 (2) (a) Small items near play area on outdoor deck were said to be trash and were accessible to children. All trash needs to be removed. 0165 (2) (d) Trash bags are stuffed with materials , including clothing and broken toys intended for trash. These are accessible to children in care and need to be removed asap. 0165 (3) (f) Cubbie where children put belongings will need safety strap installed to prevent tipping.
